As a registered practitioner, you acknowledge that all orthodontic clinical decisions are your responsibility. We-Aligner provides custom-manufactured appliances based on your specific clinical requests. You retain full medical liability for all treatment outcomes.
We maintain the highest standards of data security for patient clinical files. Your patient data is encrypted and handled in compliance with global health records privacy laws including HIPAA and GDPR where applicable. We do not share your data with third parties without explicit consent.
Accounts are subject to verification of professional credentials before being authorized to submit treatment cases. We-Aligner reserves the right to verify licensure and professional standing prior to activation. Only verified dental professionals may submit cases.
Once a case is submitted with complete documentation (scans, photos, prescription), our production timeline begins. Delays caused by incomplete submissions or modification requests will reset the timeline. Standard turnaround is 24 hours for design and 5-7 business days for production.
All fees are due at case submission. Refunds are issued only if production has not commenced. Once aligners are in production, no refunds can be processed. Credit may be applied to future cases at our discretion for quality-related issues.
All treatment plans, digital simulations, and case data remain the property of the submitting practitioner. We-Aligner retains the right to use anonymized data for quality improvement and research purposes.
We-Aligner's liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, patient claims, or clinical adverse events resulting from treatment decisions made by the practitioner.
